Moab introduces Juniper Baryta Rag 305 at Photokina

Moab Paper is excited to announce the old-style darkroom paper has come a long way to develop into the Juniper Baryta Rag 305 which has just been launched at the Photokina Show in Germany this week. With the tremendous feedback from our Moab Masters and the outstanding interest from the attendees at Photokina, Moab is eager to launch the Juniper Baryta Rag in the states at PhotoPlus on October 30^th. The new Moab Juniper Baryta Rag 305 is a 100% cotton fiber paper that offers the density of a traditional darkroom FB-type paper to hold detail in the deep blacks of the shadow regions, while producing natural white highlights that’s enhanced with a slight fiber glossy surface texture. 

This double weight, true baryta (barium sulfate) coated inkjet fine art paper embraces the unique charm of silver halide by using state-of-the-art coating technology to bring a new method to an old tradition.

Introducing Lasal Dual Semigloss 330

Today at Photokina we announced the newest paper to the Moab family: Lasal Dual Semigloss 330 - a heavyweight, double-sided fine art paper utilizing state-of-the-art coating technology.

The first heavyweight 330gsm dual-sided inkjet paper in its class, Lasal Dual Semigloss 330 features the latest in coating technology to produce ultra-consistent image reproduction with instant dry-time.  The new coating allows prints to be handled immediately without fingerprints or scuffing making the paper ideal for portfolios and limited edition books where the prints encounter frequent handling.

The new Lasal Dual Semigloss 330 continues to expand Moab's wide range of double-sided fine art media and was developed for those seeking extremely wide color gamut on a two-sided sheet.  Given that the paper will be utilized in albums and portfolios, the paper will be offered in the 11x14 format to better accommodate the print standard established by the photography and presentation industry.

Lasal Dual Semigloss 330 is available in 8.5x11, 11x14, 13x19 and A4 sheets packaged in quantities of 25.
